Oriental Pork-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

2 3/4 c. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tsp. beef-flavored bouillon granules
1 c. chopped fresh broccoli
1 c. fresh snow peas
3 Tbsp. sliced green onion
1/2 c. chopped, cooked lean pork
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil. Add remaining ingredients; reduce heat.
Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
Serve hot.
Yield: 4 cups (65 calories per 1 cup serving).
