Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. evaporated milk
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    4 large eggs
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl, stirring well. Add butter, milk and lemon juice. Stir well. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour filling into pie shell. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50
    minutes or until pie is set. Let cool on wire rack.
