Savory Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. skinned chicken breast
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 (0.8 oz.) pkg. reduced-calorie dry Italian salad dressing mix, divided
    2 zucchini, cut lengthwise in half and sliced
    1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 c. dry white wine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Place chicken pieces in baking dish. Brush with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with half of the salad dressing; toss to coat well.
    Bake, uncovered, 15 minutes.
    Add vegetables and wine to pan; sprinkle with remaining salad dressing.
    Bake 25 minutes, basting chicken with drippings in pan occasionally, until juices run clear when pierced with fork and vegetables are tender.
    Makes 4 servings.
