Jiffy Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. milk
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1 c. coconut
    2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie crusts.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Lower temperature to 350\u00b0 and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until firm.
    Serves 12 to 14.
