Pecan Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
    Add pecans.
    Stir well until pecans are coated with mixture.
    Drop onto greased cookie sheets.
    Bake 30 minutes at 250\u00b0.
