Potato Salad With Blue Cheese And Sour Cream - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 large boiling potatoes
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
3 chopped green onions
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped almonds, blanched and toasted
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
1/4 c. wine vinegar
3 hard-boiled eggs (for garnish)
radish roses (for garnish)
Preparation

Cook potatoes; cool and cut into cubes.
Add parsley, onions, celery and almonds.
Mix together salt, sour cream, Blue cheese, pepper and vinegar.
Stir into potato mixture and marinate several hours in refrigerator.
Garnish with eggs and radishes.
