Lemon Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (8 oz.) chicken breasts, lightly salted
    2 oz. sliced mushrooms (fresh)
    12 stuffed green olives. sliced
    3 oz. white wine
    1 oz. lemon juice
    2 oz. grated Parmesan
    2 sticks butter or margarine
Preparation
    Remove skin from chicken breasts.
    Melt butter in heavy skillet and saute chicken until almost done.
    Add mushrooms and olives and simmer over low heat 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add wine and lemon juice, simmer 2 minutes more.
    Remove to serving dish and sprinkle Parmesan and garnish with fresh parsley.
