Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 3/4 oz.) can salmon
    1 egg
    bread crumbs, seasoned
    salt
    pepper
    onion powder
    oil
Preparation
    Drain the salmon but save the liquid.
    Remove bones from salmon.
    Mash up the salmon.
    Add 1 egg, salt, pepper and onion powder to taste.
    Add enough bread crumbs until the mixture holds together (if its too dry, use some of the salmon liquid).
