Apple-Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    3 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. peeled, diced apples
    1 1/2 c. walnuts or pecans
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in order.
    Batter will be stiff.
    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
