Regal Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can pineapple bits
2 c. seedless green grapes
2/3 c. dry salted peanuts, coarsely chopped
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. crushed tarragon leaves
1 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
salt to taste
Preparation

Combine the chicken, pineapple, grapes, peanuts and celery. Stir in the tarragon.
Salt to taste.
In another bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice and pineapple juice.
Fold this mixture into the chicken-fruit mixture.
Makes 8 servings.
