Gladys King'S Pecan Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Karo (white) syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pie shell
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. pecans, broken
Preparation
    First, crack and break pecans into smaller pieces.
    (Use a chopper or food processor).
    Beat eggs in a small bowl.
    Pour sugar, Karo syrup and eggs into a medium bowl and mix well.
    Add vanilla.
    Spread pecans in an unbaked pie shell.
    Pour mixture over pecans.
    Put in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until a knife is put in and comes out clean.
