Sour Cream Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    sour cream
Preparation
    Sift flour in
    a
    bowl, cut in shortening with a pastry blender, blending until
    mixture
    is coarse.
    With a fork, add enough sour cream until all flour is mixed in.
    Turn dough out on lightly floured board.
    Knead lightly for 1/2 minute.
    Roll out with rolling
    pin
    to
    1/2-inch
    thick.
    Cut
    with floured biscuit cutter.
