"Mom'S" Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shortening or margarine
1 2/3 c. sugar
5 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. butter flavor or lemon flavoring
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add flour.
Add eggs one at a time.
Add vanilla and butter or lemon flavoring.
Bake in tube pan 1 hour and 45 minutes.
Preheat oven at 300\u00b0.
