Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. kidney beans
    1 c. tomatoes or 1 can tomato soup
    1 qt. water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 bay leaf
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. All-Season salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper (if you like it hot)
    1 lb. sausage
    3 to 4 potatoes
    1 medium green pepper
Preparation
    Mix the first 10 ingredients and simmer 1 hour.
    Meanwhile, brown the sausage and drain. Dice the potatoes and green pepper. Add to simmering mixture and cook, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
