Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. pumpkin
    5 eggs
    1 1/2 c. heavy cream
    2 c. sugar (brown or white)
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Whisk eggs with sugar.
    Add cream.
    Pour into pumpkin and mix well.
    Add seasonings and pour into unbaked pie shells.
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    After cooking for 10 minutes, turn pies 1/4 turn and lower temperature to 350\u00b0.
    Set timer for 1/2 hour and check again.
    Check every 10 minutes until pies are firm.
