Chicken Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless breasts, cooked and diced
1 unbaked deep-dish pie crust
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 c. corn oil
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
2 slices bacon, crisp, crumbled (optional)
Preparation

Sprinkle onion salt in pie crust.
Mix chicken and Swiss cheese.
Place
in pie crust.
In mixing bowl, beat eggs slightly. Stir in milk and corn oil.
Mix in cornstarch, salt and pepper until well blended.
Pour over chicken-cheese mixture.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
