Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    4 eggs, separate and beat whites stiff
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Mix sugar, egg yolks and oil.
    Add flour, cinnamon, pineapple (not drained) and nuts.
    Fold in egg whites.
    Bake in cold oven at 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour and 20 minutes.
