Beef-Broccoli-Peanut Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. cornstarch, divided
2 Tbsp. soy sauce, divided
1 Tbsp. dry sherry
water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 lb. round steak, cut across grain diagonally in thin slices
1/4 c. catsup
2 Tbsp. oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 bunch broccoli, trimmed florets with 2-inch stems
1/2 c. shelled peanuts
Preparation

In medium bowl, mix well 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, sherry, 2 tablespoons water and the sugar.
Add beef; toss to coat well.
Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or up to 1 day.
