Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 qt. raw cranberries
2 oranges (with peeling of one)
2 apples, peeled and cored
3 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
4 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation

Run cranberries through chopper.
Also run oranges and apples through chopper.
Add sugar to mixture and set aside.
Mix boiling hot water with jello.
Let cool.
Combine jello and fruit mixture. Use 9 x 13-inch dish for this.
Chill for several hours.
Serves 12.
