Pumpkin Apricot Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Crisco oil
    2 c. pumpkin (medium can)
    2/3 c. water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking soda
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped apricots
Preparation
    Mix eggs, sugar and oil.
    Mix pumpkin and water. Sift salt, nutmeg, cinnamon, baking soda and flour.
    Fold sifted ingredients into egg mixture, then add pumpkin mixture.
    Lastly, add nuts and apricots.
    Divide mixture into 3 greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
