Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 small can tomato paste or sauce
    2 eggs
    4 slices bread
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    salt, pepper and garlic to taste
    catsup
Preparation
    Boil onions, celery and pepper until 3/4 cup of liquid remains in pan.
    Combine all ingredients including water from vegetables, except catsup.
    Bake for 1 hour at 360\u00b0, then remove from pan and drain water from the meat loaf.
    Spread catsup over the loaf and return to oven for 30 minutes, or until done.
