Oven Hash Browns - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
1 can cream of chicken soup
6 oz. sour cream
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 c. melted margarine
2 Tbsp. onion
Preparation

Mix.
Place in an 11 x 17-inch dish.
Add 1 cup crushed corn flakes or potato chips as topping (optional).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
