Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 ripe tomatoes
    10 medium onions
    8 red peppers
    2 c. vinegar
    5 tsp. canning salt
    20 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 tsp. allspice powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. cloves (powder)
Preparation
    Peel and chop tomatoes.
    Cut up onion and peppers into very small pieces.
    Add all other ingredients and cook for 1 hour or until thick.
    Put into jars and seal.
