Carrot Nut Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chopped, fried onions
    1 1/3 c. milk
    1/3 c. peanut butter
    1 1/4 c. carrots, shredded
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    2 tsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. oil
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients; put in a sprayed pan.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until set at 350\u00b0.
