My Dark Secret - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope unflavored gelatin
    1/2 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    3/4 c. undiluted Carnation evaporated milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate morsels, melted
    9-inch chocolate crumb pie crust
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in orange juice; heat to dissolve.
    Stir in coffee.
    Combine with evaporated milk in small mixing bowl.
    Put in freezer until mixture begins to freeze.
    Beat eggs, sugar and vanilla in large bowl for 2 minutes.
    Beat in chocolate.
    Beat evaporated milk mixture 2 minutes.
    Fold in chocolate.
    Pour into crust.
    Chill.
    Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
