Diabetic Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 egg
1/2 c. Bisquick mix
11 to 12 packs sugar substitute (Sweet 'N Low)
13 oz. can evaporated milk (skim)
2 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice (or 1/2 tsp. ginger, 1/8 tsp. cloves, 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon)
Preparation

Spray 9-inch pie pan with Pam.
Place all ingredients in blender, food processor or mixing bowl.
Blend 1 minute; pour into sprayed pan and bake approximately 50 minutes until center puffs out and knife comes out clean.
