Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
2/3 c. canned pumpkin
1 c. nuts (optional)
powered sugar
Preparation

Beat eggs high speed 1 minute.
Add sugar and lemon juice, beating well.
Then add sugar, salt and spices.
Fold in flour. Add pumpkin until done well. Pour on greased cookie sheet (sprinkle nuts).
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Turn cake on towel (powdered sugar on towel).
Roll up and let cool.
