Orange Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. orange Jell-O
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. water
1 c. buttermilk
1 carton Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix
Jell-O,
pineapple
and water together in saucepan and boil
until
Jell-O
is dissolved.
Set aside until cool. Add
1 cup buttermilk to cooled mixture and beat until frothy. Fold
in container
of
Cool Whip.
Pour into square dish and chill.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce leaf.
