Fresh Brisket Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. fresh brisket roast
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    soy sauce
    liquid coffee
    water
Preparation
    Place brisket on large piece of heavy-duty foil.
    Sprinkle with onion soup, 2 1/2 tablespoons liquid coffee, 2 1/2 tablespoons water and sprinkle liberally with soy sauce.
    Fold up in foil with drugstore fold.
    Bake in a 250\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Cool; slice across grain.
