Chicken Creole Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pouch Minute Boil-in-Bag uncooked rice
    1 Tbsp. oil
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
    1 small onion, cut in thin strips
    1 small green pepper, cut in thin strips
    1 c. diced ham
    1 (8 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
    chopped parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Prepare the rice as directed on package.
