Fruit Rice Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice (uncooked)
2 c. water
1/2 c. mandarin oranges
1/2 c. diced peaches
1/2 c. diced cherries
1 container whip cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Cook rice in the 2 cups of water until tender, about 15 minutes.
Add the other ingredients when the rice is cool.
Chill about 1 hour.
