Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and shortening together until crumbly. Add egg and water.
    Mix well. Roll out on floured surface.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until lightly browned. Glass pie pan does best.
    Makes two 9-inch crusts.
