Foslaine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
    1 can whole kernel Mexicorn
    1 can undiluted tomato soup
    1 can or jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 large onion, diced
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1 pkg. narrow noodles
    1/2 lb. cheese (American and/or Cheddar)
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat with onion and seasonings; drain grease. Add mushrooms, tomato soup and Mexicorn.
    Cook noodles and drain. Put cooked noodles in an oven-safe dish and cover with meat mixture.
    Cut cheese into sticks or, if grated, pour over top. Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Serve with hot bread and salad or a green vegetable and the table is set!
