Chicken Breasts With Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, deboned
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 c. unsaturated margarine
    1 c. orange juice
    1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
    1 tsp. dried tarragon
    1 orange, sliced
Preparation
    Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and paprika; brown lightly in margarine.
    Add orange juice, rind and tarragon.
    Cook in slow oven for 30 minutes. When done, remove chicken and cook sauce over high heat to reduce volume.
    Serve sauce over chicken and/or steamed rice.
    Garnish with orange slices.
    Serves 6.
