Mamie'S Marshmallow Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    3 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate
    1 (8 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
    2 c. chopped nuts
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    1 c. evaporated milk plus 2 tsp. water to rinse can
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a large heavy pan.
    Heat to boiling, stirring constantly 5 to 6 minutes.
    Pour at once over chocolate mixture.
    Stir with a wooden spoon until chocolate is melted and creamy.
    Pour in a buttered 9 x 12-inch pan.
    Cool and cut.
