Pot Roast In Electric Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    3 1/2 to 4 lb. roast beef
    6 or 8 potatoes, quartered
    6 carrots, cut in 2-inch pieces
    2 onions
    1 can mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
Preparation
    Brown roast on both sides.
    Turn skillet to 300\u00b0.
    Cook 2 hours.
    Put in vegetables.
    Add soup and water, salt and pepper to taste.
    Turn to 350\u00b0.
    Cook until vegetables are done or you can put this in crock-pot overnight on low.
