Cloud Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. cocoa
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    4 (2 1/2 oz.) jars baby food prunes
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. nonfat milk
    2 Tbsp. instant Espresso coffee (add this to batter mix)
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients.
    Add prunes, vanilla, eggs and milk until blended.
    Add to mixture and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
