Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers, topped and seeded
    2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. lemon juice
    1 large can tomato sauce
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    garlic to taste
    thyme to taste
    sesame seed to taste
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 c. mushrooms
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except peppers. Place in cavity of green peppers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
