Oriental Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. rice vinegar
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breast
1 Tbsp. oil
2/3 c. fresh bean sprouts
1 red pepper, cut into desired size
4 green onions, cut into desired size
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed
2 c. torn salad greens
2 (5 oz.) cans chow mein noodles
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in a shaker jar; shake well until combined.
Pour half of this mixture into a dish; set remainder aside.
