Potato Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 large potatoes
1 stick margarine
8 oz. Mozzarella
1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Boil potatoes, then mash, adding Mozzarella, margarine and cheese.
Keep mixing until Mozzarella and potatoes get stringy. Then take 9-inch pie pan lightly sprayed with Pam or cover with olive oil (just wipe on with paper towel, then cover with bread crumbs lightly).
Add potato mixture until pan is full, then top with rest of bread crumbs.
