Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 stick butter
3 lemons (juice and grated rind)
1 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. meal
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and meal with a fork, then add the unbeaten eggs.
Add other ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until firm in center.
