Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 c. raw celery, chopped
1 c. cooked rice
1 can cream of chicken soup (or celery or mushroom)
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 c. sour cream
1 can water chestnuts
1/2 c. sliced almonds (optional)
1 c. crushed cornflakes
Preparation

Mix the first 8 ingredients and put in buttered casserole. Mix crushed cornflakes with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of melted butter and sprinkle over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
