Crock-Pot Roast Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. beef roast
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    2 c. water
    1 can carrots
    2 cans potatoes
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve soup mix with water. Add with roast to crock-pot. Salt and pepper to taste. Cook roast on low for approximately 8 hours. Add carrots and potatoes for approximately 1 hour.
