Lambrosian Shanks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lamb shanks
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. teriyaki sauce
    1 tsp. grated orange rind
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Slowly brown lamb on all sides in oil; drain off excess fat. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over lamb.
    Cover and simmer 2 hours or until lamb is tender, turning occasionally.
    Serves 4.
