Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. cake flour or plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
confectioners sugar
Preparation

Cream the butter.
Add the sugar and vanilla.
Beat until fluffy.
Stir in the flour then the pecans; mix well.
Chill 15 minutes.
Roll the dough into small balls the size of a marble. Place on a greased cookie sheet, spacing them an inch apart.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until delicately brown.
Roll in sugar while warm (not hot) then again when the cookies have cooled.
