Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs (small or medium)
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 1/2 c. sugar, plus or minus
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. almond flavoring
    4 c. fresh rhubarb, cut in 1-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. butter
    enough pie crust mixture for pie shell and lattice top
Preparation
    Mix well all ingredients, except rhubarb.
    Slowly stir in rhubarb.
    Put mixture in prebaked pie shell and top with lattice crust.
    Brush lattice crust with milk.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until done.
