Cabbage Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage, chopped
    1 green bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
    celery seed
    salt and pepper
    3/4 c. oil
    3/4 c. white vinegar
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Alternate layers of cabbage, pepper, carrot, salt, pepper and celery seed.
    Boil the oil, sugar and vinegar.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Do not stir.
    Will keep in refrigerator 2 weeks.
