Old Pa. Dutch Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. shortening (Crisco)
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix water, egg and vinegar in small dish; beat well.
    Place in freezer to get cold.
    Cut in flour, salt and shortening; mix all ingredients.
    Roll out dough.
    Makes 3 crusts.
