Chicken And Sausage Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. sausage, rolled and cooked in medium-size balls
12 large mushrooms, chopped or sliced
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 c. chicken stock
2/3 c. milk (evaporated okay)
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
1 to 1 1/2 c. frozen green peas
Preparation

Melt butter and add mushrooms. Saute until soft, then add all other ingredients and bring to a slow boil. Turn off and set aside.
