Spinach-Cheese Squares(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 c. skim milk
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    5 slices Lite-line cheese
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in nonstick pan until soft.
    Add 1 1/2 cups of the milk and heat.
    Mix the cornstarch with the remaining 1/2 cup of milk and add to the hot mixture, stirring until thick and smooth. Break up the cheese and add it.
    Slowly add the hot sauce to the beaten eggs, stirring constantly.
    Add the spinach; season with salt and pepper and mix.
    Pour into an 8-inch square dish and set it in a shallow pan of hot water.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until firm.
    Serves 6, 112 calories per serving.
